  On our second visit our waitress was Kendra an she was extremely attentive. The place was packed, it was a Thursday night and all the tables were in use. The food was great. My burger was juicy and the Molten was perfect.

  The place was packed specially for a day in the middle of the week. Our waitress Sierra was the best! Our appetizer came out wrong and she fixed it without us asking for it, she saw it on the table and immediately went to change it.  Someone from management was also on the floor serving tables, so everything was running smoothly.
  
  The veggies on our plates were very fresh, my ribs were yummy, my husband pasta tasted creamy as expected, my mom enjoyed her steak and mash potatoes. The Molten and Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert were warm and good.
  
  I will definitely visit this location in the future!

  Ribs.  That's what Chili's is "famous" for...  why then can't they serve a rib that's edible?  My wife and I both ordered the rib and brisket combo.  Both of the meats were cold.  I mean ice cold on both of our plates.  Obviously they don't serve fresh made ribs or brisket.  Not only was the meat cold but it was over cooked and tough.  I wonder how many days it sat in their refrigerator.
  
  We complained and the manager took the meat away to bring us some "fresh" plates.  It took a long time....... a long, long, time.... to get our replacement food.  In the mean time, our children were done eating and bored.
  
  We were polite to the waitress and to the manager but it was frustrating.  When the replacement food finally arrived it was indeed "hot".  Unfortunately, the ribs were still over cooked and tough to bite into.  The beef brisket was also over cooked but since it was almost all fat it didn't really matter.  We couldn't eat it anyway.  
  
  We have been to this Chili's many times.  Sometimes we have a great experience.  Sometimes it's just OK.  This visit was by far the worst that we've ever had here.  
  
  Ultimately it was the manager who failed us.  He didn't even offer to give us the chips for free.  I guess it's OK since the chips were the best part of the meal.  
  
  I wish that I had a dog to give the ribs to.  
  
  It will be a long time before we eat at a Chili's again.

  Chili's is delicious. We rotate through lot of the different locations. This Riverton location is pretty close to us so we come here often.  Our server today was fabulous! And of course I cannot remember her name. She was super nice and friendly and accommodated us with every extra that we asked for.  She's super quick to bring us refill drinks. And brought us a lot of extra chips and salsa to make sure nobody went hungry. As if that were possible.  We even ordered queso and guacamole. Both of which were absolutely delicious! And of course I didn't remember to take a picture of those until the bowls were empty. So enjoy!  I got a half rack of ribs with double mashed potatoes, loaded mashed potatoes.  Hubster had a burger with fries. Some kind of chickey chickey blue burger or something. My daughter also got a half rack of ribs with black beans and broccoli. And my son got steak and broccoli.  We enjoyed all of the food very much and will definitely be coming back!

  Let me start by saying our waitress, Morgan, was probably the best waitress we've ever had at any restaurant, period. We went to this location last night, 9/20/19. Everything started out normal, we were sat, ordered our drinks and food, food came. We started eating and after about my daughters third or fourth piece of broccoli, she looked down and said, "There's bugs in my broccoli!" Sure enough, maggots were spread throughout her broccoli!! We asked our waitress to come over and told her what we had found and she hurried to grab her manager. The manager came over and gave us a very half assed apology for the broccoli. He rushed to grab the plate off the table as to prevent anyone else seeing or hearing about it and said he wouldn't charge us for the kids meal. Then sent our waitress back over to offer us a dessert on the house. I wouldn't recommend this Chili's to anyone. Probably not any Chili's for that matter.

  I would give 5 stars except they allow parents with young children to take over the bar, which should only be for adults over 21
  Also after almost 3 years of visiting this location 3-4 times a month, I had the worst service ever tonight. I have always had great service here and the food is always excellent, however that wasn't the case tonight. Hopefully it was just an off night for them.
